About accuracy
AI 分析结果会受光线、相机、角度、化妆与屏幕显示影响，同一个人在不同环境下可能得到不同评分。评分用于观察自己随时间的变化趋势，不适合与他人比较，也不是精密测量。产品建议是通用护肤参考，不保证任何效果。
Results vary with lighting, camera, angle, make-up and screen. Scores are meant for tracking your OWN change over time — not for comparing between people, and not as a precise measurement. Product suggestions are general cosmetic guidance with no guaranteed outcome.

肌肤检测结果 —— 评分、分析摘要、推荐产品、检测时间与门店 Scan results — scores, summary, recommended products, time and salon
照片 —— 默认不保存；仅在你每次检测时主动勾选同意后才会保存 Photos — never kept by default; only when you tick consent, per scan
助手对话 —— 你与 AI 助手的问答会被记录，用于质量改进与滥用审查 Assistant chats — your questions and the answers are logged for quality and abuse review
技术信息 —— 设备型号与拍摄质量数据，用于校准 Technical data — device and capture-quality metrics, for calibration
谁能看到
Who can see it
你的照片只有你本人和你注册的门店可以查看。LA'DERM 的销售代理、总经理与管理层看不到照片，只能看到评分、分析与统计数据，用于服务与业务管理。
Your photos are visible only to you and the salon where you registered. LA'DERM agents, GMs and management cannot see photos — only scores, analysis and aggregate statistics, for service and business management.
数据会去哪里
Where your data goes
Anthropic（美国） —— 你的照片会发送至 Anthropic 的 Claude AI 进行分析。Your photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI (USA) for analysis.
Meta / WhatsApp —— 若你选择接收报告，报告内容会经 WhatsApp 发送至你注册的号码。If you ask for your report, its contents are sent via WhatsApp to your registered number.
Cloudflare —— 数据存储与网站托管。Data storage and hosting.
Google Fonts —— 页面字体。Page fonts.
数据不会出售给第三方，也不会用于与本服务无关的广告。
Your data is never sold, and never used for advertising unrelated to this service.

Your rights
依据马来西亚《个人资料保护法令》(PDPA)，你可以随时要求查看、更正或删除你的资料。查看：自行登录即可看到全部记录。更正或删除：请联系你注册的门店 —— 删除将永久移除你的档案、所有检测记录与照片。
Under Malaysia's PDPA you may access, correct or delete your data at any time. Access: log in and see your full record. Correction or deletion: ask the salon where you registered — deletion permanently removes your profile, all scans and all photos.
